What details are needed for a Mozambique survey?

Is a private condition survey an INAMAR inspection?
No. INAMAR describes official vessel inspection, certification and registration functions. A buyer or insurer survey is separate.
What is ITRANSMAR’s role?
ITRANSMAR licenses maritime transport activities and provides naval-inspection and port-state-control services. The relevant authority must confirm the formal route for the vessel.
Can a surveyor reach island locations?
Potentially, subject to flights, boat transfers, weather, accommodation and current access. These costs and contingencies should be explicit.
Is Portuguese-language support important?
It can be essential for authorities, agents, yards and records. State who will provide competent bilingual coordination.
Are travel and haul-out included?
Only when stated. Flights, road and boat transfers, accommodation, permits, lift, wash, relaunch and testing can be separate.
